We treat each project with its own autonomy. We believe that each job will generate its own synergy and will require unique problem-solving technics and management styles. We also acknowledge that our client needs change from job to job and we will adapt our client management skills to suit their needs.
Each project will be appointed its own project manager
All J&W projects are of high revenue and we understand that although we are good builders we aren’t accountants or book keepers – so we have Delegated these concerns to the talents of William to manage and forecast cash flow. Will is also on hand to address any contractional questions regarding claims – he is also very experienced in dealing with financial institutions and private funders and investors.
Each project will be appointed its own project manager who will co-ordinate and oversee the construction process both onsite and in an administrative capacity. They will be responsible for ensuring that the construction runs on time and on budget. The person allocated may even be one of the principals depending on importance of project and client requirement.
Each project will also be appointed a full-time site supervisor or foreman whose job responsibilities are to complete the construction project by planning, organizing, and controlling the project site works. They will also be completing regular quality inspections; supervising sub-contractors and managing J&W staff. Our site supervisors are on site throughout the entire project from start to handover.
