1. Various certifications for Shell, Viva, United, Mobil, Woolworths, Coles, AIP, and WPCG inductions and site safety matters.

2. New construction of United Service Stations in 2018 and 2020 in Leongatha Victoria and Dorrigo NSW. Inclusive of front end PM roles and site management roles.

3. Cushman and Wakefield commissions assisting in first generation outsourcing of BP in 2016. Oversight of site audits and assets and team. Over 100 sites audited. Team contribution along with Asset Management teams to advise on statutory compliance requirements of fuels retail networks and required frequencies. Preventative maintenance data build / composure and assistance to BP contractors to “go Live” build up.

4. Project Management role with VIVA Energy in 2015 to assist in NSW and QLD projects, inclusive of Ethanol changeover, diesel product swap program and associated signage.

5. Switch Co project management assignment in 2014 for Puma Re-Brand 2013 / 2014. Four month contract role to assist in rebranding Gull, Neumann, and Matilda sites into Puma Energy. Principal responsibility to draw up individual site requirements in CAD for issue to tendering contractors. Further follow up roles to inspect, monitor and remedy defects.

6. Shell / Viva / Brookfield commission for project management and facilities management roles for site asset auditing of approximately 200 sites and contribution again at “go live”. This was a mixture of PM and FM works as required and called upon.  Minor project management roles including HVAC replacements, Signage, forecourt works and ancillary activities. Major works were to Diesel sample all site in Australia with LOB and install approximately 400 LPG sites with telemetry automatic gauging equipment.

7. 7 Eleven assignments 2012 – 3 month role assisting with the management of the fuels maintenance contract and minor projects such as cathodic protection, 10 year LPG testing including tank and line testing.

8. United Petroleum 2011 – 2012 assignment overseeing the fuels maintenance contracts / performance management and minor / medium sized projects such as line replacements on 250 sites nationally. This included input to assist remote resellers and dealer sites for install of UNITED pumps and POS equipment.

9. Urban Maintenance Systems assignment working on Coles Express – 2010 “impressions” project for QLD, NSW, Vic, Tas. 500 sites completed on time and to a high standard. Project taken over 60% into project time schedule with only 20% of sites completed. Management of sourcing and securing additional trade labour to complete the project along the way. Other work done on 75 Vic Mobil sites and also safety site inspection for JCI / Mobil.

10. Woolworths assignments 2005 – 2009 as National Asset Manager – Petrol / Liquor. Duties included Facilities management, project management, maintenance audits, Quality and contractor auditing, basic responsibility for everything above and below ground for 350 sites. Further roles included 40 petrol stations, 150 retail liquor outlets (BWS and Dan Murphy) and minor works like tank and line replacements.

11. Mobil Fuels Retail account assignment for Johnson Controls 2001 – 2003 – 600 sites nationally. Predominantly contract management along with fuel system de-commissioning and line replacements.
